Tic-tac-toe Collection is a commercial app. This service is provided by Oliver Brown and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for users of the service.

The personal information that we collect is used for providing and improving the service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this policy.

Direct Collection

In-app Analytics

The app can collect information about how you use the app. This may include your IP address, but this is not associated directly with the other data. This is only enabled after explicit consent. It can be enabled or disabled at any time from the settings screen.

Versions of the app up to and including 0.16.1 only: The Google Advertising ID may be enabled to provide demographic and interest data. This is aggregated data based on your interactions with other websites and apps. This is only enabled after explicit consent. It can be enabled or disabled at any time from the settings screen.

Crash Reporting

If the application crashes, a report detailing the crash may be sent to us to help diagnose and fix the issue. Thie includes information about your device including manufacturer and model as well as the operating system version. This is only enabled after explicit consent. It can be enabled or disabled at any time from the settings screen.

If a crash is detected while crash reporting is disabled, we may explicitly ask at the point to send a crash report. Choosing to send a report affects only that crash. Crash reporting in general will still be disabled.

Advertising

Advertising is included in the app, provided by AdMob. This is only enabled after explicit consent for users believed to be within the EEA. It is enabled by default for other users. Ads are targeted using contextual information, including coarse (such as city-level) geo-targeting based on current location, and content within the app. Non-personalized ads don’t use mobile ad identifiers for ad targeting, but they do use mobile ad identifiers for frequency capping, aggregated ad reporting, and to combat fraud and abuse.

It can be enabled or disabled at any time by users believed to be from the EEA from the settings screen.

Personalized Advertising

Personalized advertising may also be used. This is only enabled after explicit consent for users believed to be within the EEA. It is enabled by default for other users. Ads are targeted based on previously collected or historical data, including previous search queries, activity, visits to sites or apps, demographic information, or location. It can be enabled or disabled at any time by users believed to be from the EEA from the settings screen.
